At GP Pathfinder Clinics, we are proud to operate with one of the most diverse and highly skilled clinical teams in NHS primary care. Our multi-disciplinary approach means that patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician for their needs — quickly and efficiently.
Our GPs are fully qualified, GMC-registered doctors with extensive experience in all aspects of primary care. They manage a wide range of acute and long-term conditions, provide referrals to specialist services, and oversee the overall care of our patients.
Our prescribing nurse practitioners are highly experienced registered nurses with advanced clinical training. They can diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, prescribe medications, and manage long-term conditions independently.
Physician Associates are medically trained healthcare professionals who work alongside GPs to provide clinical care. They can assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of conditions under the supervision of a GP.
Our ACPs have undertaken advanced-level training and are able to assess, diagnose, and treat complex patients across a range of specialties.
Our clinical pharmacists are experts in medicines and can manage medication reviews, long-term conditions, and prescribe where appropriate. They play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the right medicines safely.
Our practice nurses provide a wide range of clinical services including cervical screening, vaccinations, wound care, chronic disease management, and health checks.
Our HCAs support the clinical team by carrying out routine health checks, blood tests, and other clinical tasks under the supervision of qualified clinicians.
In addition to our core clinical team, we provide access to specialist services including:
