    We're delighted to welcome new patients. However, if you live outside of London, it's important to know that registering with our practice may mean your NHS screening services are based in London rather than near your home.

    Here's what this could mean for you:

    As with all London GP practices, some NHS screening services (such as cervical, breast, bowel, and diabetic eye screening) may be at a London-wide centre rather than your local area. This is standard across all NHS GP practices in London — we will always guide you through the process.

    Cervical Screening
    • For women and people with a cervix aged 25–64 (every 5 years).
    • A new HPV self-testing kit is now available — find out more.
    • Screening invitations may be for a London-wide service. GOV.UK guide.
    Breast Screening
    • For women aged 50–71 (every 2 years).
    • Screening invitations will be for London services, not local ones. GOV.UK guide.
    Bowel Cancer Screening
    • For people aged 50–74 (kit sent every 2 years).
    • If your result is abnormal, you will be invited to a service in London. GOV.UK guide.
    Diabetic Eye Screening
    • For people with diabetes aged 12+ (every 1–2 years).
    • Screening invitations will be for London services. GOV.UK guide.

    We know that getting to your local GP practice isn’t always easy if you have a busy schedule. So our online GP services are designed to pair you with the most appropriate medical assistance for you, with just a few clicks.

    With our online GP services, you can arrange everything from a GP video consultation to ongoing appointments or prescriptions at your local GP practice in North London. We have practises in Wembley, Willesden, Alperton and Queen’s Park linked to our remote portal. You will also get access to a range of health management tools to use at your convenience.

    Exciting News: Extended Access for Nursing Appointments!

     

    We are pleased to announce that GP Pathfinder Clinics is now open on Saturdays, providing even greater access to our services. Patients will benefit from extended Nursing appointments on Saturdays ensuring more flexibility and convenience for their healthcare needs and essential care reviews.

    This extended service will be available until March 31st, allowing more opportunities for patients to receive the care they need at a time that suits them.

        Telephone Consultations

        You can book telephone appointments with our GP's in for various issues such as ongoing medical problems, sick notes, medication changes, blood test results, investigation results and many other things to save time an your journey.

        GP hub appointments

        If your GP is fully booked, there are several GP hubs that also provide care for our patients. All our open in the evenings on weekdays and weekends. Please ask reception to refer you to the hub to avoid waiting in A&E/UCC or walk-in centre.

        Patients are required to bring a printed blood test form (obtained from your GP) when attending for a walk-in Blood test at any site, please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the stated closing

        Access Plan Practice Statement

        In partnership with the Federation and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), we have developed a comprehensive, scalable, and effective plan to deliver high-quality care to our Practice and PCN population.

        The proposed plan aims to improve patient access to healthcare services by addressing key issues related to appointment scheduling, communication, and the overall patient experience.

        The initiative strives to implement:

        • Same-day and next-day telephone and face-to-face appointments with a range of clinicians for urgent and routine needs.
        • Pre-bookable appointments for follow-up care.
        • Clinical "Triage and Treat" clinics across the PCN.
        • Automated switchboard support via telephone in thirteen languages for patients (weekdays).
        • "Real Time" clinical team support for patients via telephone (weekdays).
        • Increase the access point for the patients.
        • NHS App Support at Practice level.
        • Websites updated to reflect the Practice team.
        • Self-help links available on the website.

        They provided excellent patient care and exceptional service. Compassionate friendly and welcoming doctors and nurses and staff members including receptionists who go out of their way to book and manage prompt appointments. I have never felt more cared for.         A special thanks to Dr Bhavini Patel who I met today with my mother. She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She calmly listened to our doubts/questions and advised accordingly. Nurses, receptionists and other doctors are helpful too. Great location. Great service.
