I had an amazing experience at this practice. The whole team was so welcoming and helpful throughout! It was also really inspiring to see everyone consistently go the extra mile for their patients and make sure they have well looked after.

They provided excellent patient care and exceptional service. Compassionate friendly and welcoming doctors and nurses and staff members including receptionists who go out of their way to book and manage prompt appointments. I have never felt more cared for. I highly recommend NHS GP Hazeldene Medical Centre!

The telephone system and online consultations at Hazeldene fails to impress. The system doesn't stipulate whether its registration at the GP or a separate online registration which is required. The 'Chat' constantly refers you to ring the GP practice or 111 when you ring the GP practice only 5 callers can hold on and message says "according to our survey our patients don't like waiting 20 minutes.......please call back". The had verification codes and a message saying a GP would call but non of it registered! Not good for anxious patients lets hope it doesn't go nationally because its truly frustrating

I have never seen such unreliable and ineffective GP in my entire life. My urgent request for face to face appointment have been frequently ignored. I needed urgent antibiotic prescription after receiving the urine test result, however, no appropriate action or response I have received from my I GP practitioners. It is a vicious cycle and I am totally frustrated, exhausted and fed up.I had a telephone appointment at 12:13 pm, however, after waiting for 3 hours in constant fear of not missing my telephone appointment I contacted the GP to follow up the matter. To my surprise, the receptionist said there is no timeframe for telephone appointments and the doctor could contact you anytime which means that the patient has to check her mobile the whole day not to miss the call. This is quite impractical, unacceptable and unjustifiable. What is the difference between face to face and telephone appointment? For face to face appointment, would the patient wait in the reception for the entire day to be seen by a doctor?I contacted the reception and I was number 4 in the queue and it took me 45 minutes to be able to talk with a receptionist which means the time was spent on each patient was more than 15 minutes. Thus, it makes me wonder if the duration of my waiting time in the queue was realistic.Overall, I am totally dissatisfied and discontent with this GP's customer service and patient care.

A special thanks to Dr Bhavini Patel who I met today with my mother. She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She calmly listened to our doubts/questions and advised accordingly. Nurses, receptionists and other doctors are helpful too. Great location. Great service.
