If you cannot attend your appointment or consultation, please ensure you cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it, to open up the slot for another patient who requires our health care services.
Our clinicians may use a secure digital transcription tool, approved to NHS Digital Clinical Safety Standards, to support accurate documentation of consultations. No voice recordings are stored after transcription. If you would prefer not to have your consultation transcribed, please let the clinician know.

We also offer advice for pre and postmenopausal women and foreign travel. There are a few issues we no longer cover. We are no longer able to perform ear syringing and refer cases of wound dressing and post-op stitch removal to the nursing team at the Sudbury hub. Ask at reception for help with recommendations and referrals for these issues.

Reviews Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
The Administrative Request Consent Form MUST be signed for all Letter and Form requests.
Certain work e.g. certificates / passports / letters / special medical reports entail extra charges. Details are available on waiting room notice boards.
